Working in close partnership with Mike Hosey, Waste Category Manager at YardLink, Fresh Start implemented a 14-week scheduled service tailored specifically to the needs of the site.
A twice-daily exchange system was introduced, including:
- 1 x 16-yard skip
- 2 x 12-yard skips
These were exchanged on a 2 x daily schedule, with:
- Morning exchanges taking place before 9am to avoid delays
- Afternoon exchanges scheduled after 1pm, ensuring smooth access
Drivers contacted the site team on arrival to coordinate timely and disruption-free service.
Fresh Start’s dedicated construction waste team managed the logistics throughout, providing consistent communication and proactive oversight.
