Yes, we provide our waste management services to businesses across Newcastle-under-Lyme, including in Lymedale, Parkhouse, the surrounding industrial estates, and out towards the A41 across the wider Staffordshire area.
Do I need to comply with Simpler Recycling rules?
Yes – most businesses have had to separate glass, cans, plastic, paper and card, and food waste for recycling since March 2025 under the Simpler Recycling legislation. Micro-businesses will need to comply from March 2027.
What happens if my bins fill up before my next scheduled waste collection?
We’re able to organise last-minute collections in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area when required, so get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to slot you in as soon as we can. If this is becoming a regular occurrence, we can look at upsizing your containers for better efficiency.
Will I receive documentation to prove compliance?
Yes, we can provide waste transfer notes and recycling documentation, which is useful if you need to evidence compliance with the Simpler Recycling regulations.
