Real Recycling has long been the focus as local carbon conscious waste collection provider, Fresh Start Waste Services and this month this commitment has been rubber-stamped through their membership of The Recycling Association.

Working with over 7000 businesses across the North West to provide a recycling-focused and sustainable waste collection service, Fresh Start Waste continue to increase recycling levels and minimise the environmental impact of waste produced by hospitality venues, retail outlets, education providers, offices, manufacturers and healthcare organisations across the region.

They have furthered this commitment to recycling by investing over £1m in a brand-new waste and recycling sorting facility at their Swinton-based premises, where items are sorted and segregated to ensure as much waste as possible is recycled.

Furthermore, Fresh Start are in partnership with Forest Carbon to offset their carbon impact by planting trees in the UK, investing in green EURO 6 engine trucks, and utilising route-planning software to reduce the carbon impact of their service, demonstrating their long-term commitment to providing an environmentally-friendly recycling service for their customers.

This month they’ve been awarded accredited membership of the prestigious Recycling Association, the trade association for UK recycling companies.
