It’s simpler than ever for Fresh Start customers to make and manage payments for their waste collection following the introduction of a new online payment system.
Customers can now make payments through our website at their own convenience 24 hours a day.
“Many of our valued customers – especially in the hospitality sector – do not operate a traditional nine-to-five, Monday-to-Friday working week; therefore, we wanted to make it easier for them to do business with Fresh Start,” says Finance Manager, Mandy Shaw.
“Instead of making a card payment over the telephone during regular office hours, customers can now visit our website at any time and use the new ‘Pay Online’ button to manage their account within a few clicks. It puts the customer firmly in control of their finances with Fresh Start.”
Customers who have an existing direct debit or standing order arrangement with us will continue to settle their account balance in the usual way; however, this new functionality is there should they ever need to make a one-off or additional payment.
“We strive to consistently improve our customer service,” adds Mandy. “Our Finance Team have been working towards introducing this new back office system for some time and we’re delighted to see it go live.
“Fewer card payment telephone calls are coming in and we’re receiving more online payment notifications. It’s hugely satisfying to know we are freeing up our customers’ time so they can focus on what they do best.
