Contract Information
The collection of waste from your commercial premises is via an agreed signed contract and a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.

After an initial meeting to discuss your personal waste requirements, a contract is signed. Shortly after the containers are delivered the collection will commence, in accordance with the frequency you have requested.

The charges we quote will include the weekly hire for the containers, the cost of the collection and the Duty of Care admin fee. Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note.

Contracts are based on the following:
- 12 month period
- Scheduled collections
- Payments can be made by Direct Debit

Duty of Care Waste
Transfer Note The Environmental Protection Act 1990 place a Duty of Care on all producers of commercial waste in that they must ensure all such waste is stored and disposed in the correct and safe manner. We also operate a glass & cardboard recycling service. This involves arranging a contract with a registered waste carrier, such as ourselves. This will ensure the supply of a suitable storage container and the legitimate pre-treatment and disposal of your trade waste.

The Waste Transfer Note will be provided by the registered waste carrier and must be completed by both, parties (the registered waste carrier and the person disposing the waste).
